Atelier -Chant Prenatal

Prenatal singing gives you time to take care of yourself and your baby during your pregnancy.
These 1.5 hour workshops will be an opportunity to listen to the sensations in your body. The sound will allow you to feel relaxation and well-being. You will discover the power of sound and the benefits of vibrations for you and your baby, but also the resources available to your body to best experience your pregnancy and childbirth.
We will work on breathing, voice, posture, and we will learn songs that will allow you to create a bond with your baby.
You can also share this moment with a co-parent, or a loved one, who can help you with sound during pregnancy and childbirth, thus contributing to your well-being.
