Welcome to Brasserie Barbarossa: Where foam is never too much!
Here, we don't just brew beer, we also brew bursts of laughter and good excuses to get together. Grisolles, Tarn-et-Garonne (82) is our haunt, and the BRASSERIE BARBAROSSA, our sparkling adventure.
Cédric, an aero technician turned beer enthusiast, and Leslie, an agricultural engineer with a sharp nose, join forces to create beers with as much character as an angry hop.
Beers that don't tell the story of salads

With us, each beer has its own personality:
White: the embodiment of sweetness, ideal for those who prefer to start slowly before flying away.
The blonde: she shines more than a summer sun, and she has a knack for making you bright too.
IPA: a bold, hoppy beer, perfect for those who like to live dangerously (or almost).
Amber: the beer that cuddles you better than a blanket in winter.
The triple: be careful, this one, it's a beer... triple effect! Why toast alone when you can toast together? Our brasserie, nestled on the heights of Grisolles, Tarn-et-Garonne (82), is much more than a brewing place: it is a spot where sharing flows freely. And soon, an ephemeral guinguette to make the conviviality foam even more!
