Meet Valentin, a wine enthusiast who will pass on his knowledge to you every Tuesday evening during oenology classes.
To become a true wine expert, every month, a new region and its grape variety are highlighted with the discovery of 2 red wines and 2 white wines.
You won't leave on an empty stomach thanks to a delicious casserole that will reveal all the flavors of the region highlighted during the course.
