Haitian voodoo priestess MOONLIGHT BENJAMIN explores the roots of blues and rock, with her African and Caribbean influences. A bewitching garage blues rock, infused with voodoo, somewhere between Oumou Sangaré and The Black Keys.
There are the artists who have dipped their hands in the muddy waters of the Mississippi, and there are the others... And it is clear that LA BEDOUNE belongs to the 1st category. In preparation for their 4th album, they will give us their new gems in folk swing blues colors.
With her voice sharp as a blade, HEEKA takes the stage accompanied by her guitar, spilling her guts. It is in an embodied and very personal folk-rock blues universe that this artist, as sunny as her music is dark, takes us on a journey on the back of a bird that has already lost a few feathers.
