Exhibition - MOVEment

What is striking when we look at the photographic work of Léo Cos is the vibrant exultation of the bodies which dance, tear themselves away from immobility, touch and reject each other.
His photographs bring out their own story and open a path to the in-between reality and what is experienced beyond, outside and alongside this reality.
In its space of creation and worlds of drawers, multidisciplinarity is essential: images and texts coincide and complement each other, poetry punctuates the exhibition.
How does photography mobilize the body? How to adapt it to reduced mobility? It is with this questioning that Léo Cos created the multimedia creation protocol, to be discovered in the “MOVEment” exhibition. Using a bridge camera placed on a tripod facing the time-lapse broadcast of a live show on screen, the artist invents a new way of making still images at the heart of the continuous video image, visually establishing a dialogue between the media.

The opening of the exhibition will take place on Saturday March 1, at 11:44 a.m., at the Maison du Crieur.
