  • Nestled in the heart of a sprawling 19th-century estate, the L'Arratz gîte offers accommodation for up to six guests. This serene retreat, featuring a private swimming pool, is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.

  • L'Arratz is a spacious 120 m² gîte with three air-conditioned bedrooms, named after the Arratz River where you can soak your feet. The gîte, adjacent to the owners' home, offers independent access. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a TV corner, two large sofas, an armchair, and a fully equipped kitchen.

    Upstairs, the master bedroom features a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower. There are also two additional bedrooms: one with two 90 cm beds and...
    L'Arratz is a spacious 120 m² gîte with three air-conditioned bedrooms, named after the Arratz River where you can soak your feet. The gîte, adjacent to the owners' home, offers independent access. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a TV corner, two large sofas, an armchair, and a fully equipped kitchen.

    Upstairs, the master bedroom features a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower. There are also two additional bedrooms: one with two 90 cm beds and another with a 140 cm bed. A bathroom with a shower and a separate WC are also located on this floor.

    The cottage boasts a private terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a lounge area, an outdoor sofa, a parasol, and deck chairs. The private green space includes an exclusive swimming pool (4 x 10 m) and a trampoline. The first step of the pool stairs is very wide and shallow, ideal for lounging or for children. WiFi is available throughout the park, including by the pool.

    The surrounding park is adorned with numerous fruit trees, providing ample shade and coolness. Guests are welcome to pick fruit in season to make their own tarts or jams.

    A gym, shared with another gîte on the property, is equipped with a treadmill, a bicycle, floor mats, and a television. Electric cars can be recharged in the private car park using specific Green Cube terminals.
