Journées Européennes des Métiers d'Art Montauban - Rencontre tissage et céramique

For 3 days, immerse yourself in these two ancestral techniques with Morgane Tisserande d'art for Atelier Poëtis and Sophie Céramiste for Mirette & Capucine.

Demonstrations on traditional looms as well as introductions to weaving and clay modeling are offered for the occasion. You can also enjoy a small exhibition of pieces combining weaving and ceramics specially created for the occasion!

❤ Opening of the workshop for demonstrations and exhibitions of pieces: Friday 4, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 April 2025: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

❤ Details of the reduced-price initiations:

• Saturday 5 April "weaving a carded wool and plant picture": from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

duration: 2 hours / €25 per workshop

6 places per slot (booking in advance or on the day subject to availability)

• Sunday 6 April "model your ceramic ex-voto": from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

duration: 40 min / €15 per workshop

You can also visit the historic center of Montauban with a stroll of artisanal know-how organized by the Créatelier 82 rue Princesse and these different places of passage.
