The 17th century water mill. A testimony to the community's agricultural past, the Nègrepelisse mill, which has been inactive for 80 years, used the force of water for the production of human and animal food flour.

Now, the mill is open free of charge from June to September during the municipal summer exhibitions, the Journées du Patrimoine de Pays et des Moulins and the Journées Européennes du Patrimoine where milling demonstrations bring the millstones to life. Free entrance on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 to 6 pm in July and August.
